Brisc AI is pleased to announce that Jonathan Victor has joined its advisory board, bringing deep insurance operations and enterprise technology leadership experience to support the company’s product and strategic direction.

Victor brings more than 20 years of experience leading technology and operations initiatives across the insurance industry. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Insurity, where he oversees critical operational functions spanning cloud operations, enterprise security, system integrator operations, and professional services.

Prior to his current role, Victor served as Chief Information Officer and EVP of Customer Success at Insurity, leading SaaS implementations and the continued evolution of the company’s cloud platforms. During his tenure, Insurity expanded its cloud footprint to more than 400 customers and consistently delivered large-scale cloud migrations and enterprise go-lives across the P&C insurance market.

Victor joined Insurity through the acquisition of Oceanwide, where he previously served as Chief Operating Officer, helping scale operations and drive customer-focused transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked in consulting at Accenture.

As Brisc AI continues expanding its insurance-native AI platform for bordereaux reconciliation, cash operations, submissions, and claims workflows, Victor will advise the company on scaling operations, product evolution, and industry growth strategy.

“Jonathan brings a unique combination of insurance operational expertise and enterprise technology leadership,” said Sanjay Malhotra, CEO of Brisc AI. “His experience helping insurers modernize complex workflows at scale aligns closely with Brisc’s mission to simplify insurance operations through agentic AI.”

Victor joins Brisc AI during a period of continued growth as insurers, MGAs, and reinsurers look to modernize operational workflows and reduce reliance on manual, spreadsheet-driven processes.
