Work directly with insurance operations teams. Set up the Analysts on their data, fix what isn’t working, and stay with each customer until month-end runs smoothly. No coding required, but you need to be AI-first.
Brisc is growing fast. Our customers are MGAs and delegated-authority programs, reinsurers, specialty carriers and mutuals, with books across North America, Bermuda and London. Each one runs its back office differently.
Our AI Analysts handle reconciliation, bordereaux, submissions and claims, and go live in 2 to 6 weeks. Your job is to make that happen for each new customer.
You’ll learn how a customer’s team works, then set up the Analyst to match: data mappings, matching rules and tolerances. When results come back wrong, you’ll figure out why and fix it. Over the first few months, the match rate climbs.
You stay with each customer after go-live. Their results are yours to own.
Customers typically start around 80% matched on day one and reach 92 to 95% by about 90 days. Your work is a big part of getting them there.
After that, you’ll take on more customers and help make each deployment smoother than the last. As we grow into new markets, you’ll help shape how we bring those customers on.
We’re looking for someone who is great with customers and thinks AI-first.
New customers and new markets bring new problems to solve. You’ll grow with the company.
You’ll work with teams across North America, Bermuda and London, in delegated authority, reinsurance, specialty and mutuals.
You’ll own customer relationships and deployments from start to finish.
The Analysts run real month-end work for real teams. When you fix something, customers feel it.
Remote and full time. We prefer North American business hours, since that’s when most customer calls happen. Brisc is headquartered in Toronto, and you’re welcome in person if you’re nearby.
Some travel to customer sites and industry events.
We’ll talk about compensation in the first conversation.

If your background doesn’t match exactly but you’re great with customers and AI-first, apply anyway.
No. You set up the Analysts through configuration: data mappings, matching rules and tolerances. What matters is that you think AI-first, you’re comfortable with AI tools, and you can work out why a result is wrong.
No. We’ll teach you bordereaux, cash application, delegated authority and claims. What matters more is being good with messy data and working out whether a problem sits in the data, the rules or the model.
You’ve worked on or with a product where AI does real work in production: document extraction, prompts and evaluations, retrieval or agents. You’ve seen a model behave differently on customer data than it did in testing, and you’ve worked out what to do about it.
